Use this page to set up your login credentials to an artificial intelligence (AI) tool.

AI Configuration

Note: If you encounter issues in your AI connection set up, contact your System Administrator. For more information on Azure OpenAI Service documentation, refer to the Microsoft website.

Use this tab to enter valid Azure OpenAI or Ollama credential information in Acumen to be able to use the AI features.

Field Description
AI Service Provider

This field specifies the AI service provider to be used. You can select one of the following options from the dropdown:

  • None

  • Azure OpenAI

  • Ollama

Endpoint URL

This field defines the endpoint URL of the Azure OpenAI resource or Ollama resource. The value must be a valid URL. It is case-sensitive and accepts up to 900 characters.

API Key

This field specifies the API key used to authenticate requests to Azure OpenAI. This is the string provided when you create your Azure OpenAI account. The value is case-sensitive and accepts up to 900 characters.

Deployment

This field indicates the name of the deployed AI model within Azure OpenAI. If this is enabled, you need to enter a value with 2-64 characters.

Model

This field specifies the name of the model deployed on the Ollama service. If this is enabled, you need to enter a value with 2-64 characters.

Test Connection

Click this button to run the validation and test the AI configuration.

If you entered valid values in the required fields, you can test the connection and save the changes. A successful test connection is required before saving.

Note:

If you do not want to use AI features, select None from the AI Service Provider dropdown.
